What is the current RowSource of your combo box.
Is it a table, query or value list?
If it is a query what is the sql of the query?

I think you are looking for a union query. Design your query as normal, then go into the sql and change it as follows

Was "Select this, that, other from mytable;"

Change to "Select this, that, other from mytable union select "All", "","" from mytable;"

This will give you the option "All" in the combo box, and you will need code in the after update event to handle it.
