Letter templates within Access database?

P: 1
Hello,
I used to use a customized Lotus 1-2-3 database, and it was set up so i could have template letters within the database. Can this be done in Access - a similarly customized database?
i.e. I want to have different form letters for different stages of a project development and have the contacts/comments database/query possibilities of the usual Access, so its like a one-stop shop for all stages of project development.
Help! Hoping you folks can say whether it is possible and if so how/direct me to a resource or if its simply not possibly in Access. I've tried looking in a few different Access manuals but don't seem to find anything similar. Does anyone even know what i'm talking about with Lotus?

Cheers!

I've never used Lotus but you can use the report functionality in Access to create a kind of template.
