Screen Resolution Not Changing

All,
I created an Access 2000 MDE application in 1024x768. A user of mine,
who is running Vista with Office 2007, can not see the entire
application- the right most side is off the screen. No problem I
figure, just reset the screen resolution so the entire application is
visible. However, when he changes his screen resolution, my
application does not change. It still remains with the right most side
off the screen. Whether he changes his computer's resolution to the
highest or lowest settings, my application remains the same size. Any
thoughts?

Thanks for any help.
