Collapse Row and Columns on the Pivot table

Hi my name is Otto.
I am a new member.
I have build a large date base with access 2003and have the following problem.
I have a Pivot table on a access 2003 form.
And when I open the Form the Pivot Table has all the rows detail expanded.
How can I ensure the all Row and Columns on the Pivot table are collapsed.
I hope somebody can help me.

  1. Collapse all Rows and Columns on the Pivot Table in Pivot Table View.
  2. Save the Form.
  3. The next time you Open the Pivot Table, it should retain its Collapsed setting, if not let us know.

I have collapsed all the rows and colums and saved the Form but the column headings are still expanded.
