Access 2003 Database link on web

P: n/a
I created a link on the web page to a access 2003 Database and it
prompts security messages, it acts like it tries to open, but it gets
hung up and i guess times out. I changed the macro security setting
to low. No difference. Please advise.

You cannot access an Access database directly via a web page. It is a
windows application.

Bob, The link on the web page is a link to a Microsoft Access 2003
Database which is on the server. It worked with ok speed when it was
in 97. when i made it 2003, it got so slow it is getting hung up.
I believe a backend connection would fix the speed of the connection,
but not sure how to go about it.
Thanks.
