Need date help

P: 1
I am using Access as a front end to mssql...
I want a form where the data comes from two table.

ID, Country, City

ID, Date, Temp, Comments

What I need
Form, Columnar

[ID ][Country][City] [Month1][Month2][CurrentMonth]
12 NZ Wellington 20 22 _______
13 AU Sidney 20 21 _______

I need to display the previous 2 months temperature and be able to enter this current months temperature, having the date be automatically added as today
I currently do this a speadsheet but want to start keeping a database.
I like the table format, because I can easily jump around and see what I missed
But are entered typically in order a few a day, based on country.
I will not enter Month1 or Month1, I want them to just display the previous 2 months temps, if I miss one it is ok to be blank.
So basically, CurrentMonth needs to be the only editable field.
