Import Datum von XML

9
Hallo,

Danke
Heinz

Hello
I am sorry for the German version. Here is my question in English:
I am importing from an XMl file into an existing Access database. There is one line in the XML file
<datum>12.03.2006</datum>
The value should be imported into a column which is datatype date. After the import the value in this column ist 00:00:00.
If I change the datatype to text the date is correct. But I need the datatype date for sorting.
I appreciate any help.
Regards
Heinz
