Automatically IDs & using Themes

How are you Gentleman,
I am a new member in theScripts.I am from Saudi Arabia
(Qatif) .
I am a student in King Fahd University of Petrolium and Minerals in
Saudi Arabia,(My major is Managment Informatiom System),
I am very interesting to join with You and shares information and
Technique .

I am using Microsoft office 2003.
I am preparing for project in (a course), and I faced some problems:

1. I want some themes related to FootBall for Access , and How can I
implemented/use it.

2.How can I let the user changing the theme from inside the system, in other word, How can make a browser in my system to let the user choose the theme that it satisfy his want (in my system because it is related to the football the user will change the theme to theme for the club that he supports.)

3.

This is what I think about [This is my CustomerID- the initial one >07010001]

07 01 0001
[ [07].Year [01].Month [0001] rest (vary) ]

Now, I want to make the CustomerID increased automatically firstly by
the 4digits (rest), secondly by the month "automatically", finally by
the Year.

For Example:
07010001
When I have 3 customers in the same month the IDs will be like this:
07010001
07010002
07010003
In the next month which is month 2 also 3 customers, their IDs will be
like this:
07020001
07020002
07020003
In the other year also I have 3 customers
08010001
08010002
08010003.
This is the all problem.

Finally, I hope that I defineed and described my problem in the right
way.

I am sorry if I interrupt you or make you busy with me.

Thanks,

I am preparing for project in (a course) as I told you before, my system is about a shope which sell a sports stuff,
Now the problm is :
I want the system print a text with a picture on the bill but with condition , I have a table named Product Table and I put to many things on it (I mean fields), one of them is Product(Club), and this is the field which is related to my problem, I WANT THE SYSTEM PRINT ON THE BILL AUTOMATICALLY BASED ON THE CUSTOMER TRANSECTION ,for example WEHN THE CUSTOMR BUY Arsenal T-Shirt // SYSTEM WILL PRINT: Arsenal sample and we welcomed the Arsenal Fans,
and WEHN THE CUSTOMR BUY Real Madrid T-Shirt // SYSTEM WILL PRINT: Real Madrid sample and we welcomed the Real Madrid Fans.
this is all.

Thank You Friends.
