Splitting Tables into Different Forms

P: 1
Is there a way to split the contents of one table into different forms (i.e. subform1 = LastName A-F, subform2 = LastName F-M, etc) without having to make queries?

No. and yes.

you can try to use the Filter property of each subform to do this.

try
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Private Sub Form_Open(Cancel As Integer)
  2. Me.RecordSource = "select * from testtbl where left([name],1) in('a','b','c','d','e','f');"
  3. End Sub
  4.
