I want to launch the import text wizard from a form. Is there a way to launch the wizard from a form?

'To be taken to the 1st screen of the Import Wizard, place this code in the Click() Event of a Command Button:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdImport

Thanks. That worked great.

Hey one question, is there somewhere in the help screens or somewhere else that lists other acCmd? options?

Yes there are:
  1. In a Code Window type RunCommand.
  2. Place the cursor anywhere within the word and press the F1 Key.
  3. Click on the acCommand Link.
  4. You will see a listing of all Options for the RunCommand Method.
