Code doesn't work on xp

I have Access97 and have changed from win98 to xp. This piece of code no longer works:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Private Sub CommandLookup_Click()
  2. Dim nResult
  3.  nResult = Shell("start.exe http://www.google.co.nz", vbHide)
  4. '''''other code''''''
  5. End Sub
  6.
This is a project I haven't touched for awhile, but it did work when I was using win98.
Any help please?
Thanks

Obviously, "start.exe" does not exist or not in the path.
Use ShellExecute API function instead.

Try compiling the code first. What does it report as an error?
I believe 'Start' is actually an inbuilt command of the command line in NT based OSs.
