MS Access Print reports from new pc - Issues.

I have a MS access database that runs on the network. Few pcs access
the database simulataneously every day. The users run a lot of reports
from the Access database and print outs always looked good.

Now there is a new pc thats been added with the same OS. Its even the
same brand Dell pc.

But the print out command given from the new pc, makes the reports
look like gibberish with a new font, unwanted spaces every where
etc...

The same report run from the next pc, prints out fine just like
expected. Any one know whats happending?

Can any one help me solve this...

Well the fact that it did print might tell you that this isn't an Access
related problem. My guess take a look at the printerdriver installed with
that specific pc. Check to see if the font is available for access (otherwise
it will choose a familymember).

Go to Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes and check the printer setup.
