Help in Precaution to Safe database & Projects

Hi,

I have finished my project in Ms Access 2000.

My operating system is Windows'98.

My file Size is 15916 KB

Now, I hve below queries which i need to clarify with you.

1. Before & After Make MDE what are the steps that i should do to safe my database as well as Project...?

2. My company is medium size. What is the Maximum capacity of data storage?ie.,How much data i can store?

3. Further, I would like to know the Advantage & Disadvantages of Ms Access compare to VB(Visual Basic)? Eventhough I know that VB has more advantage than
Ms Access, I would like to know maximum advantage of Ms Access.

Can u please suggest me the above doubts as i need to be confident to proceed further...?

Thank in advance.

  1. You need to keep a copy of every database that you create an MDE file from. Every MDE file should have a corresponding MDB file stored safely somewhere.
  2. Check that out in Microsoft Access Specifications
  3. I don't know that one I'm afraid.
