Creating a Table from a Query

LMHelper
How do I create a table from a query that will UPDATE each time I update the original table?

I created a table from a query and it stayed the same for the past couple of months and did not "update" when I made changes to the original.

The reason I am doing this is someone in our office needs information "altered" to a certain field in said original table so she can "copy" the table from my database and "paste" the table into her database. So instead of "altering" this one field of information (which would be a mess for my reports) I created a query from the table with an expression creating that altered field for her and made it into another table.

Well it has not updated for her...since I created this. So then I created just a query that she can copy and paste into her database but she has to actually "open" the query and edit copy and then open her table in her database and do edit paste. this caused some "extra" rows to show up with doubles at the end due to some inforamation being removed due to employees leaving.

Please help.

What about :
  1. Adding a SELECT query into 'her' database that runs when required and connects to a linked copy of your table (in 'her' database?
This would always reflect the current situation.
  2. When 'she' is copying from your current SELECT query, she should run a DELETE query first which clears down all the existing data in 'her' copy of the table.

Thank you! I will give that a try.
