Access Reports

Hello gurus

I need to produce a report which is a booking form populated with the customers details on. I would like to add a second page (or maybe first) with a jpg containing our terms and conditions. I note you can produce a report with a cover page that contains a graphic, this would do but can't seem to make it work in practice. I know it's something to do with inserting a page break...

Anyone made this work?

Many thanks in advance

Hi Jim

Inserting a page break on the first page is as easy as dragging the Pagebreak control from the controls toolbox. Just make sure it's correctly positioned in your report.

I use this a lot

  1. Are you getting a new page when printing the report?
  2. If so, all you have to do is to add the required controls below the pagebreak control on the detail section of thereport.
Or maybe I've missed the point...
