string compare help

Hello,

I have a field of Name and its data are different insurance company names,
but there is a "N/A" standing for those folks without insurance.

Using a query/report, I want the records with "N/A" not shown, how do I do
that? Any string comparison?

Any help is appreciated!

Create a query.

In the Criteria row under this field, enter:
Is Null Or <"N/A"

Save the query.

Set the RecordSource property of your report to this query.
