MS Access Tracking System ...

Hello,

I'm an undergraduate & currently in the preparation phase of creating a TPS DB using either MS Access or Oracle. Now I don't know where I can start from or what to do. Btw, it is going to be of an Onlinestore illustrates purchasing products online. There is no need to pre-register. When you place your first order, an account is will be created for you.

Please I need some serious help cause its due the end of this month.

Thankful

The very first thing you want to do is design your tables.
The Normalisation and Table Structures tutorial will help you with that.

Without a good design up front you're going to run into trouble down the road. So make sure you know what data you want to collect, what format you want it in, and how all the data relates to each other.

Ill be straight with you, if you are trying to have people do your home work that my friend is no good. I am sure you recieved some sort of text book that explains how to create a database, especially if your choices are Acces or Oracle. If i am mistaken please excuse my ruidness

On a more friendly note, here is a good site that explains access very well and provides examples as well.

Link

And on an even more friendly note here is a link to a database which has already been created.

You will have to have an understanding of database concepts, and VB to modify this database.

Good luck
