Can't Access Records after Being Input By a Form

121 100+
I have a form that users enter data in.

When the users enter data, if they enter multiple records, they can move back and forth through the different records.

But, if they close the form, and then open it again, the form shows no records even through there are records in the source table.

Any ideas why this form is not loading the source records?

Thanks for any help I can get

The Data Entry property of the form should be set to No.
Right now it's set to yes which means they can only enter and edit new records when the form is opened.
