Visible Property on a Form & the 'Builtin' Export Function

I have a form with a field who's Visible property by default is set to
false.
If another field meets a certain criteria, then the visible property
is set to true.

This form shows multiple records... some records meet this criteria,
some do not.

When a user uses the 'built in' export function to an excel file. the
field only shows up in the export if they are currently on a record
which meets the criteria. If they are on a record that does meet this
criteria the exported datasheet does not contain this field at all.

Is there a workaround I cn use here to have All fields show up in the
export regardless of the current record?

For the Built In Export function I see no workaround.
If your user';s are exporting via Code then its an easy workaround.
Within the export code, just set the Visible properties of said fields
to true. The "Form Current" properties of these fields takes care of
what is visible after the export is complete & the user moves to a new
record.
