OLE Server Registration

I have some bound OLE objects in my database. When I open the PDF file in my form by double clicking on it, it opens fine, but when I try and close it I get the following message.

The operation on the Acrobat Document object failed.
The OLE server may not be registered.
To register the OLE server, reinstall it.

Does anybody know where I can find the OLE server to reinstall it or does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Usually its related to the associated application and not access

Can u open up pdf's fine and close them okay in windows explorer?
What is the application used to open the pdf, reader or writer or something else?

It is being opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader 7. I don't seem to have any problems opening and closing the pdf files through windows explorer.
