SQL inserting into multiple fielsds

I am trying to inser data, from a list box, to a form, while the form is running.

i know how to do this, but i am a bit stuck on a different feature of this.

I ahve a form, with multiple textbox, i.e.
employee 1 (Text box for data input)
employee 2 (Text box for data input)
employee 3 (Text box for data input)
so on to employee 10

i have a list of employees, and once the user double clickes on an employee, it should be assigned to the first employee, and if the user double clickes again, then it is assigned to employee 2, and so on.
also once an employee is added, it is removed from that list.

how will i go about doing this, will i need to use a loop or if statements.

Hmm, you're obviously making things complex :-)
Reading your requirements I get the mpression using a double list and buttons like [<<] [<] [>] [>>], like in the combobox selection wizard, would solve the creation of the employee list. This wouldn't require multiple double clicks and optionally you could offer a move up and down button to rearrange the selected list.
