crosstab query filter

I have created a crosstab query with month value but my database
contains values of year 2006 as well as 2007 how i filter in such a
way that it gives me the values of 2006 and 2007 seperatly.

eg total cancelled project for the month of jan is 42 it includes both
dates from 2006 & 2007

any help is appreciated thanks

In your query it should be grouping by year also. You can create a
calculated field. Let's say the fieldname is DT.
YearIs : Year(DT)
and add that to the list of fields to be grouped by.

In your query it should be grouping by year also. You can create a
calculated field. Let's say the fieldname is DT.
YearIs : Year(DT)
and add that to the list of fields to be grouped by.
Adding to what Salad says, it would also be designated as a row header
in a cross-tab.
