ConvertReportToPDF and Access pie charts

I am using ConvertReportToPDF (7.51); which I really like. I believe I've found a bug though.

When a report has a pie chart, the pie slices do not remain the correct size.

I have a report that has two sub reports; one with a pie chart and the other with the corresponding data table. The pie chart shows a percentage of the total for 5-10 people. The slices are sorted in descending order starting at the top right of the pie. When this report is viewed in the database, exported to a snapshot file, and even saved to a PDF using some old code that uses PDFTK the pie slices remain the correct size.

When I use ConvertReportToPDF, it changes the size of the slices. I have also tried to open the report in preview mode before calling ConvertReportToPDF.

Is there something I need to change to make this version keep the pie slices the correct size?

Here's my call:
ConvertReportToPDF strReportName, vbNullString, strFile, False, False, 0, "", "", 0, 0

Can you let us know which version you're using because I can't find this procedure.
I even tried DoCmd.ConvertReportToPDF with no luck.
