Stock Control problems.

I have a problem that some companies in my supplier table deliver on more than one day in a week, is it possible to add more than one value to a single field or do i need seperate fields. Also i want a query that shows the companys details whenthe user has to type in the day of the week that the company delivers on. Can you help?
Also i have created 2 update querys to try an update my stock levels. However the way i have got it is that it takes all stock ordered every time you press the macro and at it to my current stock level not just add the value order once and then get rid of the ordered value.
tblFoodStock![Stock Level]+tblStockOrder![Number Ordered]

A further problem i have is that i have got a meal form, that contains details about meals and the product used in them. However there are more than one product used in a meal and yet i don't know how to repeat a field. Is there anyway around this.

OK this one isn't really neccessary and so don't worry if you can'tolve it but im trying to work out a way of looking a record on a form once it has been saved, and then you can only edit it once you have pressed a command button.

I would be really grateful if ne1 could help.
Cheers

Hi matt

Have a look at this tutorial.

Normalisation and Table structures

Essentially if you have multiple values for any field in a record you need to create a separate table to store those values. Otherwise your queries won't work correctly.
