Import data from a Word document into Access

Is there any way to retrieve data from a Word document, in paragraph form,
and import it into Access?

Probably not if you want to append the data to a table.
Access needs to follow certain table formatting parameters for
importing data.
For example columns need to be defined (number of columns, width, data
type etc)
asci files can be imported & exported if properly formated.
Check online help for Import

If it's not a lot of data why not just cut and paste?
