I have a form called CSR
The data in the form is from a query. Within the form I have the following fields:

I want to be able to select a name from the "CSR_Deliver" list click a commandbutton and the information for that record be copied to the body of the email. Using Outlook.

I want the "ProjectName" field as the subject
I want the "Job Status" and "CSR_Deliver" in the body.

What about something simple like this, say u had a btn called cmdSend

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. public sub cmdSend_Click
  2.
  3.     Dim sBody as String
  4.
  5.     On Error Resume Next
  6.
  7.     sBody = "Job Status: " & Me.Job_Status & vbcrlf & "CSR Deliver:" & Me.CSR_Deliver
  8.     DoCmd.SendObject acSendNoObject, , acFormatRTF, , , , Me.ProjectName, sBody, True
  9. End sub
