MS Access Database Permissions Error

I have an access database on a network that everyone access and update from different computers. One computer was reimage and can't access the database. It is join to the domain and the person logging in has admin. rights but when I open the database file it states the person doesn't have permission to access database. Can anyone help me with this?

The folder in which this database sits on the network, does the user have permissions to get to that network folder?

Curious on how you are sharing the db. Is it one DB shared by all the central network server or have u split it into a front/backend

Are you using access security and have mdw files?

He may have Administrative rights on the Network, but this has nothing to do with rights related to the Database he is trying to open.
