Problems with Access security

Please help! This morning I decided to set up some security on my access database through the one step security wizard only to find my self now completely locked out and unable to open it at all! I printed out all the info on the one step security wizard report and I have tried entering it but it still won't open. I wish I had never tried to be secure as this is too secure!! Thanks
