Multiple names in a field?

Hey guys,

Total newbie and first post, I have a database that I need to record multiple names of people at a session, I would like to enter this into one field either using a list box or combo box. Can someone give me some examples of how to do this or if it will work?

Cheers,

Jas.

Hi Jas

Unless I misunderstand your question it won't work. You cannot store multiple references in one field.

Thanks for the quick reply Mary, no that is pretty much what I was hoping to do, is there another way of adding multiple names to a form/table other than having say 6-10 text boxes/combo boxes on the form?

Thanks

Thanks for the link, will have to read it a couple times before it sinks in. Do you have a link to a tutorial for the above that will be able to show me how to set this up?

Thanks again,

Jas.

It's a little difficult to be more specific than this artical as a lot of factors differ from database to database. If you run into any problems setting it up post a reply and we'll try to help.
