This doesn't look like an Access question. If I remember correctly ACDSee is a program for Windows. I'll move it to the appropriate forum if you wish.

In an explorer winow you need to go to the tools menu look for Folder Options then click on the file types tab then look for JPEG once you find it click change and find AcDsee.

If this is what you are looking for then you can also right click on a .jpg file and you will see an open with that should take you to a list of apps if Acdsee isnt in there then click browse and find it. Check off the bax that states to make this permanent and there you go.

Am I on the same page as your question?

Good Luck

Thanks you are following me.
I don't have a problem opening .jpg files by AcDsee generally.I checked above
two points in the first place. That's OK.
There is the access form with entered links to related pics. These links were made using "insert hyperlink" function.Later in "insert hyperlink" window like an address is shown:
D:\FOLDER\FILE.JPG
Everything seems all right, but Internet explorer opens it.I want to AcDsee do that.
I can't find any adjustment in "edit hyperlink" window.
So,I will try to turn this question into "the access one":Maybe you know some other way for linking from some access form to a .jpg file?

Yes you wouldn't use the hyperlink you would just store the link then use the click event on a form to open the application with the pic.
