Can Queries Be Turned Off On Form Load

I have a form in Access(2002) that has a lot of queries in the form of lists on it. However, I do not want them to requery on form load. I want them to wait until the user inputs some data first.

Is there a way to turn off query requeries on form load.

Delete all the row sources in design view and reset the row sources using code on the event of your choosing.

Run your query updates behind a command button and output the query results to a table. Now make that table the record source of the form.

I think they were asking about the row sources for combo/list boxes.

Sorry Rabbit missed that bit. Just went back and reread the OP and you're right it does mention lists.
