I need help in Access

I am developing a database that seems like it would be simple.

In the table I have five columns.

Column A is the name.

The other columns are things that Column A has done.

The problem I am running into is the source that I am pulling my reports from give me the reports in a format that has the column A user repeted for every thing they have completed. I would like to have the database show the name of the user and a pull down menu of all the documents they completed. Right now I can scroll through every record but I have like five forms for each user. I cannot change the table because I need to be able to pull straight from the source and update the database automatically.

Thanks if you can help.

You need to create a group header on the report based on Column A and put the textbox for that field in the header.
