How can I multiusers open a database (share)

I created a database that contains 2 tables and 2 forms which allow data entry. I have set the database to "share mode" for the default open.

When I have it open and someone else tries to open it they are prompted with " file lock".

Is there anyway for more than one person to open a database at the same time?

There are two settings which enables you concurrent users:

In Tools->Options->Advanced
- Default open mode, select Shared
- Default record locking, select Edited record
