Clear Access Page on Save Record

Hello all.
I have a Data Access Page that users can reach to submit a request. At the end of the page I am using a Command Button that is set to Save Record. Is there a way that upon pressing the command button and saving the record, all fields on the page can be reset to blank.....or perhaps move to the next record? Currently when opening the page, each field is populated w/ information from the previous submission.
Please forgive my ignorance, and thank you in advance for any help offered.

Do you need to let the user be able to go back and edit old records? If not you can just set Data Entry to Yes. This will only let them enter new records.

If you do, then in the On Load event of the form you can have it jump to a new records. Which you can also use for the Save Button.

Thank you much for the prompt reply. When I set the form's Data Entry to "Yes" it fails to save the input from the Access Page to the table that the form corresponds with. Being very new to Access, I am using a DB template from MSofts webpage and editing it. Here is the code from the Access Page I created. The code contains the button information down to the close of the html data access page. Everything works except I wish the fields would clear when clicking the Save Record button.
Thanks again

This is out of my area, we'll have to see if someone else can answer this question or move it to a different forum.
