Access Report Issue

13
I have an access Report A generated by Query A, I copied Query A as Query B and replaced some columns by adding new columns. So when ever I run
Report A now referred to Query B I am getting the pop windows "Enter Parameter Value" to enter the value for the columns I deleted. I have to click OK…. To get rid of it then the report is displayed.
Can anyone please let me know how to get rid of Parameter Value window.

Thanks

Go to query B and get rid of anything that refers to the columns you deleted.
You also have to do the same for report A.

If you need report A for query A and report A for query B then you'll have to create a report B.

I copied Query A as Query B and replaced some columns by adding new columns.
Now create a NEW report for query B if you copy Report A to create a report B then you will have this problem. You will want to open query B and make sure the prompts are not comming from there since the sort order of an MS Access query can be stored in the properties page, and might be overlooked. Hope this helps.

Use that as the Main report put a sub report on there, once you do that you can change the source to report A or Report B.
