Date range

Hello, We have an access report based on a query in which a date range is entered. Is there a way of keeping the date range to print on the report? Thanks

Yes there is:
__1. In the Criteria Cell within the Query of your Time Field
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Between [Enter Start Time] And [Enter End Time]
__2. Create 2 Calculated Fields within this Query
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Start: [Enter Start Time]
  2. End: [Enter End Time]
__3. Assuming your Report is now based on this Query, the Fields [Start] and [End] will now be available in the Field List and can be used as a Control Source for a Text Box.

Hello, This worked well, thankyou. However, when I used the field in a form maintenance program, after displaying the records that had already been entered, the date field is blanked out. Is there a way that I can prevent this from happening so that I can use the date to populate the relevant fields?
Regards, Hugh

Is the Control Source of the Field on the Form set to the Date Field of the Record Source?

Is the Control Source of the Field on the Form set to the Date Field of the Record Source?
Hello, Yes, I created an unbound text box and set the control source to the field name from the query. When the form is displayed it shows the data against the already active records but if I try to add any records the data is blank.
