Complicating Reporting requiring Next Record concatenation

P: 1
I am working in Access 2003 and have a very simple table that contains a PIN (personal id number indexed dupes ok), Show, Media, and status. The purpose of this table is to show what people are in an art show, what their media is, and whether their application has been accepted or wait listed. Any artist can have multiple applications in any media, and they also can have two submissions in one media:

Pin Show Media Status
1 3 Photo Accepted
1 3 Drawing Accepted
2 3 Ceramics Accepted
3 3 Photo Accepted

The recordset result I need is:

Pin Show Media
1 3 Photo and Drawing
2 3 Ceramics
3 3 Photo

I have very little coding experience and would be happy even to output to a temporary table and link in my final reporting pass. I would be able to mess a bit with vb, but most of my experience in data layout and analysis...

I would so very greatly appreciate any and all direction in this,
thanks!

Simple answer is you can't have this layout as it doesn't follow database rules.

If you group your report based on PIN then it will list the details for that PIN.
