Parameter queries

I am trying to produce a number or similar reports, the only difference
being the length of the lines. They will ultimately be used for producing a
booklet and need to be exported as an RTF file. Consequently I want to
insert line feeds so that the RTF file is correctly formatted for the size
of paper and font used.

The RecordSource of the report is a query "QDirectoryWFYC" which is made
from 2 sub queries, "LstHomesWFYC" relating to Club Members names and
addresses, and the other "WhoseMainBoat" relating to their boats.

Each of these subqueries has a field which calls a function to combine
information e.g. NameContact:
NameAndContacts([Member]![MemAddID],[Member]![MemSurName],60,2) will combine
all those people with the same Surname living at Address MemAddID and if
there are more than 60 characters in the combined names, will add a vbCrLf
line feed. The final digit (2) is for formatting i.e. each member of the
family on a separate line, whether to show fax etc
I also have a table listing the Query name ("LstHomesWFYC"), the field name
("NameContact") and the new parameters say 50,1.

How on earth do I get the report to run, check the queries and sub queries
and see if the parameters need changing.

Thanks for any advice

Phil
