How to set text box format to "text" in access 2007

Hi,
I'm trying to set the format of a "text box" to accept text, I have tried setting the format in the property sheet, but there are only numerical options.
I'm sure it must be pretty simple, but it's driving me crazy!!

Thanks,

Tim Matthews

The datatype of the field the textbox is bound to must be a number field and not a text field. You will have to change the datatype to text in the table.
