Displaying multiple records in a form

P: n/a
Hi,

I have a table "Location" consisting of two fields - "Serial Number"
and "Location". I want to be able to represent in graphic form the
locations of multiple the items in that table. I imported a Visio
diagram into a form to overlay the serial numbers onto intending to
write an If statement in each label box referring it to the correct
record in the table but I am not having any luck.

Should I be writing an If statement in the "defaultvalue" box? Both
Serial Number and Location are formatted as text but so far I have
only succeeded in the box displaying what I type in properties.

Thanks in advance
