Interesting question/thought/problem ...

I want to use some type of input mask or format to display only a certain set of numbers within a string of numbers.

For example.. I want to be able to have a field that the following information is enterred into, but I do not want to show the entire length of the field.

Information entered: 1234567890
Displayed: 4567

How would this be accomplished? Any ideas?

Input mask won't work, you'll need a code that extracts the numbers you want, meaning the numbers won't be hidden but a substring of the numbers.

Thank you.

Now that I know what it's called I was able to find the code that works for me.

Substring.... Mid()

Thanks again!
