How do you write hidden data in list box to text box?

P: 34
Hi,
The Listbox on my form contains 7columns. In the OnClick event, the data in the row which is clicked on, is written to different textboxes. the last 3 columns contain data that need to be shown in the textboxes, but shouln't be visible in the listbox. as soon as I choose the 'Column Count' in the listbox properties to be 4 in stead of 7, the last two columns' data don't get written to the text boxes. What can I do to get it to write to the text box without it being seen in the listbox?

Leave the column count at 7. You need to set column widths to 0 to hide columns. e.g.

Column Widths = 1cm;2.5cm;2.5cm;3cm;0cm;0cm;0cm
