Multithreading with VBA/Access

1
Hello,

Is it possible to use MULTITHREADING in VBA/Access? I need that because the application must at certain times export a XML file while in the meantime a user can use the application.

Thanks in advance.

The simple answer is no to multithreading as VBA will not run two sequences of code concurrently. However, once the export is triggered VBA will have finished with that sequence and can move on as long as there is no following code in that procedure.
