Access 2003 - Email All People

P: 1
Hello guy,

I am a novice Access user, while I have the basics down I need to do something that is fairly simple.

I have an Access 2003 database call CustEmail on an XP machine, which has 1 table for Customers and a query that sorts them based upon a simple criteri whether one box is ticked or not.

What I need to do is send an email to all users based upon this criteria, this sounds fairly simple but I have not been able to find a way to make this work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess this isn't as simple as you expected (Why you would even expect that is beyond me but...)
If you have a MAPI compliant client installed then you may get somewhere using :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. DoCmd.SendObject [objecttype][, objectname][, outputformat][, to][, cc][, bcc][, subject][, messagetext][, editmessage][, templatefile]
I rarely use it myself as it's one of the most complicated areas to program in - with all the security restrictions applied in modern libraries etc.
