convert dbf to ms access

i have 3 dbf files with some data in it .how do i convert it to ms access database
where i should have only one database with these 3 dbf files as my tables.
kindly guide accordingly

I'm not sure what a 'dbf' file is.
Perhaps if you could let us know something about the software that this database is currently stored in, someone could help.
Bear in mind, though, this is an Access forum so no expertise in other packages should be assumed (It's not unusual to find it, but it shouldn't be assumed).
