Print via the COM port (printer connected directly on the PC)

I'm novice in VBA (MS access), and I develop an application allowing to print label.
Two printers are directly connected to the PC via COM ports. The content of the label coming from a MS access database, and I suppose that I will use a text file for the label printing.
I would like to know the instructions to use to allow my applications to connect the COM port.
Thanks
