Report prompting for deleted fields

1
Hello everyone,
I am new to this Forum and hoping I can get some help. I have a report that displays the results of a query. But everytime I run the report it prompts me for parameters of certain fields that used to be on the report but have been deleted. The parameters are not on the field list and not on the querry.
Any ideas?

You either have a control on your report which has its controlsource set to what is being prompted for or it is somewhere in your query or report recordsource, have a 2nd look ;)

There is a little used, but very handy tool called the Documenter (Tools / Analyse / Documenter) that can show all sorts of information about an Access object.
If you run this with just that one report selected and select all the options within that, you will get an RTF file (Publish with Word) that you can search for the items you've 'lost'.

This can also happen when you have Fields defined within the Sorting and Grouping Dialog Box that were subsequently deleted. In Reports Design View, select View ==> Sorting and Grouping, and check if there are any Fields that were deleted.
