Checkbox Queries

Hello, i am running Access 2002 and am having trouble creating the query that I need and was hoping someone could help. Im relatively new to Access so if it is amazingly simply bear with me!

I have created a data base of workers, thier details, where they live and what they can do. What i need is a query with check boxes where i can tick a type of work and an area and then the query will return to me a list of the workers that fill the requirements. I have tried to the best of my knowledge but nothing seems to work so i turn to you.

I have a table containing a unique ID, worker name, details, and then a checkbox for every type of work and area.

Any advice is welcome.

Thanks

In the criteria for the checkbox you want, type "True"
No quotes.
