Datasheet background color, Access97

I am trying to set the background color of a sub form viewed as a datasheet
to the windows system color. I used the following in the on open event of
the sub form.

Me.DatasheetBackColor = -2147483643

Which set the back ground to black. Help only shows positive numbers. Does
anyone know how to set the datasheet background to the system color?
