Setting maximize to default when opening a form or report

Anyone know how I set the property to open up a report or a form in a maximized view inside the database window? Right now all the windows open up minimized with min/max buttons on the form/report. I would like them to be displayed full size (inside the database window) when opened. Thanks!

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Private Sub Report_Open(Cancel As Integer)
  2.   DoCmd.Maximize
  3. End Sub
  4.
  5.                           OR
  6.
  7. DoCmd.OpenReport "Report1", acViewPreview, , , acWindowNormal
  8. DoCmd.Maximize
